Life After Loss

This project is a mental health support project providing 6 FREE sessions of professional and confidential counselling to those affected by loss and bereavement.

During the Coronavirus crisis, we have all lost something. Some of us may be grieving the loss of a loved one or friend, a work colleague, or a role model. Some of us are grieving other losses within our lives, such as our planned future, our relationship, our independence, or even our livelihood. This project offers emotional and psychological support to explore and work through your loss or bereavement in a safe environment.

This project is very close to Beata’s heart. She lost her kind and loving father and misses him greatly. As a victim of domestic abuse for many years, he suffered in silence while showing unconditional love and support to Beata. He was her rock, her inspiration, and also her friend. His death hit her hard and has continued to be a driving force in her mission to emotionally and psychologically support men in their fight against mental health.

Our organisation normally works solely with men. However …
This project is for anyone and everyone over the age of 16 that has experienced loss or bereavement and is suffering emotionally or psychologically.

Any gender.
Any race.
Any religion.
Living anywhere.

The Pegasus Team will work to support you and other individuals in need of emotional and psychological support. Whether you are struggling with the fear of the unknown, how to work through your grief, or how to continue without your loved one –

We are here for you.

Our team consists of volunteers that are all trainee counsellors on their last or second to last year of professional qualification. They are all fully Grief and Loss trained, and each has their own story that fuels their passion for supporting others along their journey.
