Life After Loss

This project is very close to Beata’s heart. She lost her kind and loving father and misses him greatly. As a victim of domestic abuse for many years, he suffered in silence while showing unconditional love and support to Beata. He was her rock, her inspiration, and also her friend. His death hit her hard and has continued to be a driving force in her mission to emotionally and psychologically support men in their fight against mental health.

Grief is a natural response to loss, whether it be the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or any major change in one’s life. It is a complex and often overwhelming emotion that can impact a person’s physical, emotional, and mental well-being. While there is no one “right” way to grieve, it is important for individuals to find healthy coping mechanisms and support systems to navigate the grieving process. This may include seeking therapy, joining a support group, or simply talking to friends and family. By acknowledging and allowing oneself to grieve, individuals can eventually find a sense of acceptance and healing.
