Beata

Beata Webb

Founder & CEO

Beata Webb is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pegasus – Men’s Wellbeing Centre CIC, and a recognised specialist in men’s mental health. She is a qualified psychotherapist, counsellor, clinical supervisor, and NLP practitioner, with over a decade of experience working with men experiencing emotional and psychological distress.

Beata practices in a pluralistic, trauma-informed way, adapting her therapeutic approach to meet each client’s individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. She has extensive experience supporting men affected by work-related stress and burnout, addiction, abuse and domestic abuse, sexual violence, childhood trauma, and acute mental health crisis.

Her specialist expertise lies in men’s mental health, domestic abuse, sexual violence, and developmental trauma, particularly where shame, isolation, or long-standing patterns have prevented men from accessing help earlier in life.

Beata is deeply committed to challenging stigma around men seeking support and to helping men move beyond survival towards stability, resilience, and meaningful change.

Lucinda Haldenby-Hill

Director and Clinical Supervision Lead

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and supervisor registered member of the ACC.  I have completed eight years of training including a BA in Therapeutic Counselling.
I have been a counsellor since 2014, working both independently and with a problem gambling agency for 8 years, more recently I have been working with Pegasus-Men's Wellbeing Centre CIC as a director and supervisor.  I am an integrative counsellor, believing we are all individuals and often have bespoke needs, therefore I use many tools in my work which are tailored to the client’s specific needs to move forward. I believe the client to be the ‘expert’ on themselves, knowing and understanding this is a process which may need unlocking and a build up of trust both in the counselling relationship and in the individual’s self.

In 2017 I qualified as a counselling supervisor with the completion of a BA in Counselling Studies.  I enjoy this aspect of the field particularly encouraging counsellors to be the best them they can be, both in the counselling room and in themselves.

Emma Thompson-Wood

Case Coordinator & Client Assessor

My name is Emma Thompson-Wood and I am a Case Coordinator and Client Assessor at Pegasus. I am an Integrative Therapist, and my work is grounded in the Person-Centred belief that every individual has the capacity for resilience, healing and personal growth.

In my role, I carry out assessments across the UK to ensure that each client is matched with the counsellor best suited to their needs. I also create personalised action plans, provide practical support, and signpost clients to specialist services when needed.

I am passionate about offering a safe, calm and supportive space for people who may be experiencing emotional distress, complex life circumstances, or mental health challenges. My aim is to ensure clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Samantha Kemp

Quality Case Auditor

Hello! 👋

I’m Sam and I am the Quality Case Auditor for Pegasus.  I am also a fully qualified, BACP registered, counsellor offering face-to-face sessions in Helston, Constantine & Pool. I also offer online sessions, creating space for anybody, anywhere 🌍

I was drawn to become a therapist after navigating my own mental health challenges and facing the struggle of having nowhere to turn for support. It wasn’t until I found an incredible therapist that my perspective on life began to shift. Through their guidance, I developed deep compassion and understanding for myself and the way I had lived my life.   Through my own personal journey of recovery, I discovered a deep desire to offer others the same kind of healing space that had supported me. This calling led me to begin my training as a counsellor, during which I was fortunate to complete my placement hours at Pegasus. During that time, I developed a strong connection to the organisation and its values. I have remained committed to Pegasus ever since and am now proud to be both an employee and a volunteer counsellor, continuing to contribute to the supportive community that first helped me grow.

My approach is Person-Centred at heart — which means I believe you know yourself best, and I’ll walk alongside you with empathy, honesty, and respect. This approach is all about helping you explore your own thoughts and feelings to find solutions from within yourself. It’s based on the belief that we all have the inner resources to understand ourselves and make positive changes.

I’m passionate about how our emotions live in the body, and how that shapes our mental wellbeing, relationships, and sense of self. I offer a safe space to explore identity, self-worth, and how we relate to others, gently and creatively 💛

I have extensive experience supporting people through addiction and domestic abuse, and I draw on my own lived experience of menopause, fibromyalgia, and neurodivergence.

If you feel drawn to my private practice, get in touch — we can have a chat and see if I’m the right fit for you.
