As a humanistic integrative counsellor and coach, I strongly believe in adopting a holistic approach in my sessions with clients. I offer a safe and empathic space where I support clients to focus on what has brought them to the session and I facilitate solution focused thinking. “I have been with Pegasus-Mens Wellbeing in my training and now volunteering as I run my private practice in Devon and across the UK, either by telephone, virtual or face to face. Many clients have difficulties and Pegasus-Mens Wellbeing caters for all complexities and to clients who may not be able to afford private counselling.”

Howard

“I am a humanistic counsellor, focusing on helping clients understand their emotional responses, breaking down barriers to self-acceptance and psychological growth. My 15 years’ experience working in the mental health sector, predominantly in a mentoring and advisory role for university students of all ages, backgrounds and needs, has resulted in a friendly, gentle and explorative approach. Even humour creeps in too – when appropriate. The two years spent studying for my counselling qualification have certainly complimented my skills and range of knowledge.”
