“I am a counsellor (in training) and a qualified life and career coach. I am a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher. As a humanistic integrative counsellor and coach, I strongly believe in adopting a holistic approach in my sessions with clients. “I am a humanistic counsellor, focusing on helping clients understand their emotional responses, breaking down barriers to self-acceptance and psychological growth. My 15 years’ experience working in the mental health sector, predominantly in a mentoring and advisory role for university students of all ages, backgrounds and needs, has resulted in a friendly, gentle and explorative approach. Even humour creeps in too – when appropriate. The two years spent studying for my counselling qualification have certainly complimented my skills and range of knowledge.”
