1. About Us
Pegasus – Men’s Wellbeing Centre CIC (“Pegasus”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based Community Interest Company providing trauma-informed counselling services, professional training, CPD events, workshops, corporate wellbeing programmes, digital resources, and community-based support.
By booking, purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3.2 A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received.
3.3 All fees are in GBP (£).
3.4 We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; confirmed bookings will not be affected.
For counselling services, separate therapeutic contracts will apply.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Training & Workshops (Individuals)
Places may be transferred to another participant with written notice (minimum 48 hours prior).
4.2 Corporate Bookings
Corporate cancellation terms will be agreed in writing at time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Digital Products & Online Courses
Due to immediate access to intellectual property, digital courses and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
4.4 Pegasus Cancellation
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control (including illness, venue issues, low numbers, force majeure).
If cancelled by Pegasus, you will be offered:

5. Participation & Conduct
5.1 Some content may include trauma-informed and emotionally sensitive material.
5.2 Participation is voluntary, and attendees are responsible for their own wellbeing.
5.3 Pegasus reserves the right to remove participants engaging in disruptive, discriminatory, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
6. Counselling & Wellbeing Services
6.1 Counselling services are subject to a separate therapeutic agreement.
6.2 Training and workshops do not constitute therapy, supervision, medical advice, or crisis support.
6.3 Participants experiencing distress are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All training materials, slides, handouts, recordings, frameworks, and digital content remain the intellectual property of Pegasus – Men’s Wellbeing Centre CIC.
7.2 Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
7.3 Unauthorised recording of sessions is prohibited.
8. CPD & Certification
8.1 Certificates of attendance will be issued where applicable.
8.2 It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure training meets their professional body requirements (e.g., BACP, NCPS, UKCP).
8.3 Completion of training does not grant qualification beyond existing professional scope.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 Participants agree to respect confidentiality of personal information shared within group settings.
9.2 Pegasus cannot guarantee confidentiality of disclosures made by other participants.
9.3 For online sessions, participants must ensure they attend from a private and secure location.
10. Data Protection
Pegasus processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Data will be used solely for administration, communication, and service delivery.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Pegasus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in any service.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11.3 Participation is at your own discretion and risk.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
